EcoDC Hoa Lac

EcoDC is Hanoi Telecom’s flagship data center, located in the Hoa Lac Hi-Tech Park on a 4.47-hectare green campus west of Hanoi. It is Vietnam’s first facility certified to Uptime Institute Tier III standards for both design and construction, setting a national benchmark for reliability and resilience.

The five-story building spans 3,000 square meters and is equipped to host up to 900 racks in two phases. Each rack is supported by a 1+1 UPS configuration with over 30 minutes of guaranteed backup at full load. Power is supplied by two generators rated at 1,850 kVA / 1,480 kW, ensuring uninterrupted operations.

Cooling is delivered through an N+1 in-row air conditioning system, maintaining stable temperature and humidity at the rack level. The raised alloy floor supports up to 1,000 kg/m², meeting TIA-942 standards for structural integrity and cable management.

EcoDC is connected to over 200 Points of Presence (PoPs), offering robust ecosystem integration and carrier-neutral connectivity. With its emphasis on energy efficiency and natural light optimization, the facility reflects Hanoi Telecom’s commitment to sustainable digital infrastructure.
