Cyprus-based IPTP Networks has announced a new data center project in Da Nang, Vietnam. The facility, named AIDC DeCenter, will be located in the city's Hi-Tech Park and developed in phases.
The first phase will cost $20 million and deliver 10MW of capacity. At full buildout, the site will span 10,000 square meters and represent a total investment of $200 million. Construction is scheduled to begin in Q4 2025, with operations expected by late 2027.
The project is a joint effort between IPTP and DeCenter AI, an AI cloud company formed with MCB Ventures, a Thai investment firm. It reflects IPTP’s growing presence in Vietnam, following its initial entry into the market in 2018.
