Equinox Data Center offers robust communication channels, ensuring IT equipment and services are always available. This is achieved through dual independent cable entries, the presence of multiple telecom operators, and a neutral policy for telecom connections. Additionally, secure connections to corporate and state networks are available, including access to the Internet and Tas-IX networks under a single contract.

The data center is equipped with an uninterruptible power supply, featuring two separate power inputs, a diesel generator with a 24-hour fuel reserve, dual UPS systems, and dedicated power beams for each rack. This setup is designed to meet international standards and best practices, enhancing the reliability and fault tolerance of customer systems.

To combat the heat of Central Asia, the facility boasts advanced cooling and ventilation systems. These include raised floor cooling, cold and hot corridors, precision air conditioners, and dual pump and pipe circuits, maintaining optimal temperature and humidity levels. The server rooms are also equipped with a supply ventilation and overpressure maintenance system.

Safety is paramount, with an automatic fire extinguishing system that includes a fire alarm subsystem, fire automation, and a gas fire extinguishing subsystem, ensuring the highest standards of fire safety are met in the modern data center environment.
