Project Skye is a confirmed Google data center development in Chesterfield County, Virginia, located near Moseley on the northern edge of the planned Upper Magnolia Green technology park. The project is being executed through Skyward Holdings LLC, which acquired nearly 890 acres across multiple parcels for $31 million.
The site includes most of Tract A and part of Tract B, both rezoned in spring 2025 for data center and industrial use. Tract A is restricted to data centers and accessory infrastructure, while Tract B allows for broader industrial applications such as labs, offices, and R&D facilities.
Project Skye is part of Google’s $9 billion investment in Virginia’s digital infrastructure.
