Rabbit Run Technology Park - Building 1

Rabbit Run Technology Park, proposed by STACK Infrastructure, is a new data center development located in Culpeper, Virginia. Situated on a 31.514-acre parcel at 14433 Germanna Highway, the campus will feature two 2-story data center buildings. Building 1 is designed to support 720 server racks per data hall, with a total critical campus load of 48 MWe and a total utility load of 72 MWe. The project is part of the broader Culpeper Tech Zone (CTZ), a 950-acre technology corridor aimed at consolidating infrastructure and fostering local tech education partnerships. The development emphasizes architectural design to mitigate massing, utilizing premium exterior finishes and concealing mechanical equipment. Lighting is designed to comply with dark-sky regulations, ensuring minimal light spill. Dominion Energy is proposing a centralized 230kV Electric Transmission Project to support the CTZ's energy needs. The project is undergoing state environmental reviews, with full development of the CTZ expected to scale into the 2030s.
