The campus is designed to house two facilities with a combined total of 1.4 million raw square feet and a significant 192MW of critical IT load. It will feature DataBank's "Universal Data Hall Design," which is HPC-ready and optimized for powering and cooling the most demanding enterprise, hyperscale, and AI workloads.
Specifically, the campus includes two data centers: IAD5, offering 229,932 raised square feet and 72MW of critical IT load, and IAD6, providing 383,220 raised square feet with 120MW of critical IT load. Onsite carrier information for both facilities is TBD.
