15140 Keyser Road

STACK INFRASTRUCTURE is a major player in the growing Culpeper, Virginia data center market. The company, through its affiliate SAC III Acquisition Co., LLC, has acquired a 71-acre development site at 15140 Keyser Road for $66.4 million. This site is part of the Culpeper Technology Park, which offers by-right zoning for data center use.

STACK is expected to operate Peterson Companies’ Culpeper Technology Campus, a large-scale project potentially featuring eight to nine buildings totaling up to 2.1 million sq ft of data center space. Power is anticipated to be available by 2025 from two approved 300MW Dominion substations.

Additionally, STACK is reportedly behind the Copper Ridge Data Center Campus, an adjacent 116-acre site planned for up to eight two-story buildings totaling 2.36 million sq ft, including an on-site substation. The company is also associated with the proposed Rabbit Run Technology Park, located near Keyser Road, which aims to develop two two-story buildings.

Culpeper is rapidly transitioning into an institutional-grade data center destination, attracting significant investment due to tightening supply in Northern Virginia.
