The CloudHQ QLP Campus is located in Culpeper in Northern Virginia, with a 95 acre plot.
It is located right next to the Equinix Culpeper Campus (Equinix CU1-CU4), previously known as NAP of the Capital Region (as part of Terremark / Verizon).
The campus will feature three data centers, with a total critical power capacity of 142 MW. They will be powered by an on-site substation.

- CLP2: 50 MW critical power + 303,750 square feet / 28,219 square meters
- CLP3: 42 MW critical power + 346,690 square feet / 32,208 square meters
