TA Realty is developing a $1.8 billion secure data center campus south of Leesburg, Virginia, in Loudoun County’s fast‑growing “Data Center Alley.” The site is located next to the Panda Stonewall Power Plant, bordered by Cochran Mill Road to the north, Energy Park Drive to the south, and Sycolin Road to the west.

When fully built out, the campus will feature more than 1.5 million square feet of space and deliver 300 MW of power through a dedicated on‑site substation. The first buildings are expected to come online in late 2021, with infrastructure designed to meet the needs of hyperscale and cloud providers at speed and scale.
