Project Aggie - Building 1

Project Aggie is a proposed 600MW data center campus in College Station, Texas, backed by Priority Power Management and I Squared Capital. The development would span approximately 200 acres in the Midtown Business Park, with a conceptual plan featuring two two-story data center buildings and two 300MW substations.

Technically, the site is designed for scalability, with building heights ranging from one to three stories depending on available power. Priority Power—known for its expertise in energy infrastructure—plans to conduct a power feasibility study before finalizing the build-out. The company specializes in constructing and operating private transmission networks, substations, and on-site generation systems.
