Edged Dallas-Fort Worth DFW02

Edged is planning a new data center campus in Fort Worth, Texas, as part of a broader development initiative with PMB Capital Investments. The proposed site spans 186 acres at the southeast corner of I-20 and Chapin School Road, within the massive 5,500-acre Veale Ranch project. Rezoning approval has already been secured for medium industrial and commercial use, paving the way for campus construction.

The project includes two data center buildings, although detailed specifications haven’t yet been disclosed. This expansion will complement Edged’s existing presence in Texas—specifically its Irving campus, which offers 24MW of capacity within a retrofitted facility. Fort Worth’s location strengthens Edged’s footprint in the Dallas-Fort Worth region, one of the nation's busiest data center markets.

Edged, backed by Endeavour and founded by Jakob Carnemark, is building a global network of high-performance, sustainable data centers. With projects across the US and Europe, its strategy often leverages large land parcels and aims to align with modern infrastructure needs, including support for AI workloads. This new Fort Worth campus marks another step in that growth.
