The facility features 18,686 square feet of total space, which includes 1,826 square feet of dedicated colocation space. The site is engineered with an N+1 HVAC configuration, full temperature and humidity environmental controls, a monitored building management system, and fire suppression with smoke detection.

The electrical infrastructure delivers both AC UPS power and DC power configurations, supported by dedicated generator and battery backup systems. Physical security is maintained through stringent, multi-layered control procedures.

Network capabilities include diverse fiber connectivity, backhaul services, and access to alternate carrier networks operating under the NPA-NXX code (817)-334. Operating under Lumen's Premier Select framework, the facility also supports SAXC and FTS capabilities, and includes a loading dock and available on-site parking.
