DataBank is expanding its footprint in Texas with the development of DFW11, a two-story, 425,170-square-foot data center at its Red Oak campus in Ellis County. The facility represents a $325 million investment and is scheduled for construction from December 2025 through January 2028.
DFW11 is part of a larger 292-acre, 480MW master-planned campus that will eventually host up to eight two-story data centers, each designed to support high-density workloads. The site will be powered by a 400MW substation from Oncor, delivering up to 240MW of critical IT power in its first phase.
The Red Oak campus is strategically located just south of Dallas and is already attracting major players like Google and Compass. With DFW11, DataBank continues to scale its infrastructure to meet surging demand from AI and cloud providers, reinforcing its presence in one of North America’s most competitive data center markets.
