Project Clydesdale

Project Clydesdale is a newly approved data center development located on a 506-acre site outside Tulsa, Oklahoma. The Tulsa County Board of Commissioners has endorsed the economic development plan and associated tax incentives, paving the way for construction.

The project will be built in phases, with each phase covering approximately 200,000 square feet and backed by a minimum of $700 million in private investment. Quartz Mountain Properties LLC is leading the development, though the end user remains unnamed—described only as a major data center operator acting through an affiliate.

While Oklahoma has not traditionally been a major data center hub, recent activity—including Google's $9 billion infrastructure expansion and other hyperscale investments—signals growing momentum in the region.
