The Involta data center in Independence, Ohio is a world-class, purpose-built colocation and managed services facility.
Phase I of the facility offers 23,000+ square feet and provides organizations with secure data storage in a state-of-the-art environment, saving clients the expense associated with owning, operating and maintaining such a facility themselves. The facility is connected to the Involta Akron data center complex by a fiber ring that provides one-millisecond latency between the two concurrently maintainable sites, allowing for real-time, production resilient services twinned between the two locations.

Involta's facility in Independence features controlled temperature and humidity, fully-redundant power and industry leading HVAC for operational margin and energy efficiency, 24/7 service monitoring and 24/7 dual-factor secure access. Additionally, the data center is secured inside high-density, reinforced concrete walls.
The electrical power supply will be 2N from the Diesel Generators to the customer equipment in the rack, with static switches downstream of the UPS' providing IEEE Tier IV reliability by design.
