NYI-NY2, located at 60 Hudson Street in New York City, is a 21,000 square-foot data center situated in one of the world's most connected buildings. It provides unparalleled access to hundreds of carriers and exchanges through multiple Points of Entry (POEs) and direct fiber conduits.
The facility offers direct connectivity to major public cloud providers including AWS, Azure, GCP, and IBM Cloud, as well as low-latency connections to key regional interconnection hubs. NYI-NY2 supports a full range of managed hybrid infrastructure services for domestic and international customers.
Security features include multiple layers of hardened physical security, 24x7x365 on-site security personnel, CCTV surveillance, electronically controlled card access, and biometric access. The data center is compliant with SOC 1/2, PCI, and HIPAA standards.
Power is supplied with a 750 KW feed, generator backup, and Automatic Transfer Switch Gear (ATS) for seamless transition within 90 seconds of commercial power loss. Power options include 120V, 208V, 208V 3-Phase, and 48V DC. Environmental control is managed by N+1 redundant cooling, and fire detection/suppression is handled by a zoned, triple pre-action VESDA system.
