Comcast is repurposing a long-vacant former TD Bank building in Clinton Town, New Jersey, into a small-scale data center. Located at 92 W. Main Street, the single-story, 2,170-square-foot facility sits on just over an acre and was originally built around 1975, with its last renovation in 2017. The site has been unused for nearly a decade and will be transformed into an unmanned data center housing servers and equipment.

The project includes the removal of the existing drive-through area and the installation of two backup generators to support operations. The facility will not be staffed continuously, indicating a remote management model typical of edge or micro data centers. This conversion aligns with Comcast's broader infrastructure strategy, which includes other data center developments in Texas and New Jersey.
