Continent 8’s Atlantic City DC3 is a modular expansion located within the Atlantic City Convention Center. Officially opened in April 2023, the facility adds 5,333 sq ft (495 sqm) of new data hall space, increasing total footprint in the city to over 15,000 sq ft (1,390 sqm)
DC3 supports approximately 120 racks and is purpose-built for the online gambling sector. It is the only licensed facility in New Jersey permitted to host gaming infrastructure outside of a casino environment.
The site offers private, public, and hybrid cloud services, and is integrated into Continent 8’s MPLS-connected backbone for multi-state interconnectivity. This enables disaster recovery, backup, and active-active configurations across jurisdictions.
DC3 is fully compliant with New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement (DGE) regulations and was developed with support from the Casino Reinvestment Development Authority. It enhances regional resilience and capacity for iGaming operators.
