Nebius is planning a state-of-the-art data center in Vineland, New Jersey, in collaboration with DataOne, a leading AI hosting infrastructure company. This facility is set to become a major hub for AI and cloud computing, with a total capacity of up to 300MW. The first phase of the project is expected to be completed in just 20 weeks, showcasing an innovative approach to rapid deployment.

The data center will leverage behind-the-meter electricity solutions and advanced energy technologies to enhance sustainability and operational reliability.
