Prologis Project Sail - Building 9

Prologis Project Sail - Building 9 is one of nine purpose-built data center buildings planned as part of the Prologis Project Sail campus in Sargent, Georgia, near Atlanta. This expansive campus spans approximately 832 acres and is planned to feature nine purpose-built data center buildings with a combined area of roughly 4.34 million square feet. Designed to support large-scale computing infrastructure, the project has received approval from Coweta County and is currently in the pre-construction phase. The approved plan includes nine distinct data center facilities, along with necessary supporting electrical and utility infrastructure. Buildings are permitted to reach heights of up to 70 feet, accommodating rooftop equipment. At full buildout, the campus is projected to require approximately 910 MW of power, representing the total campus requirement.
