Prologis Project Sail

**Prologis Project Sail** is a large-scale data center campus planned by Prologis at the intersection of Sargent Road and Wagers Mill Road in Coweta County, Georgia, near Atlanta. The development occupies approximately 832 acres and is planned to comprise nine purpose-built data center buildings with a combined building area of approximately 4.34 million ft² (403,200 m²).

The approved development represents a major hyperscale data center project designed to support large-scale computing infrastructure. The nine data center buildings are planned as separate facilities within the wider campus, alongside supporting electrical and utility infrastructure. The buildings are permitted at heights of up to approximately 70 feet, including rooftop equipment.

Project Sail is expected to require approximately 910 MW of power at full buildout, although this figure represents the campus power requirement and should not be interpreted as confirmed IT capacity. Individual building capacities, floor counts and detailed specifications have not yet been publicly confirmed.

The project has received approval from Coweta County and remains in the pre-construction stage. The current approved configuration consists of nine data center buildings, replacing the earlier proposal for 13 buildings.
