Project Swan is a proposed 600,000 sq ft (55,741 sqm) data center development planned for Lakeland, Florida. The project is situated on approximately 60 acres of land at 923 Wilkinson Road. Engineering consultant Kimley-Horn is reportedly involved in the project.

Currently, Project Swan is undergoing an initial concept review and has not yet received approval from any City department. The developer has indicated a desire to proceed with the project, which will require annexation, rezoning, and application for a Planned Unit Development program to secure construction approval. The City of Lakeland's Land Development Code does not specifically list data centers as a permitted use, necessitating these procedural steps.
