Summit-SV is a state-of-the-art data center facility strategically located just 10 miles from San Jose International Airport. The single-story building offers a 38,000 sq.ft colocation footprint, featuring a total power capacity of 7,500 kW, with 6,000 kW of N+2 redundant UPS capacity and 13,750 kW of generator backup power. The in-room cooling is N+1 redundant, while the cooling plant and heat rejection systems are N+1 and 2N redundant, ensuring high availability.

The facility boasts a robust physical security posture with 24/7 onsite security staff, visitor and equipment screening, CCTV surveillance with 90-day backup, and dual-factor biometric and proximity access control. It is compliant with industry standards such as SOC2, SOC3, and PCI-DSS, with a seismic rating of 4/D.
