Serverfarm Clarksville Data Center ARK2

Serverfarm, a data center developer founded in 2009 and acquired by Manulife in 2023, is planning a substantial $8 billion data center campus in Clarksville, Arkansas. The project, located on 135 acres north of Interstate 40, is set to include six buildings, each approximately 360,000 sq ft. This development marks a significant investment in the emerging data center market of Arkansas, which has recently introduced tax incentives for such facilities. The campus will utilize a closed-loop water cooling system. Serverfarm currently operates 10 data centers across North America, Europe, and Israel, with a total of over 1.5 million gross sq ft of space and 625MW of IT capacity.
