Sequential WADC1

Sequential Networks’ Warrington Ede Data Centre, WADC01, is an independently owned and operated colocation facility in Winwick, Warrington. Built and managed by our own team, the data centre gives customers direct access to the people responsible for the facility, network and day-to-day support.

The ISO 27001 & 9001 UKAS, 1,500 sq. ft. facility is arranged over two floors and provides flexible Warrington colocation services ranging from individual 1U server space to quarter racks, half racks and full 48U cabinets. It is suitable for production infrastructure, private cloud platforms, backup systems, disaster recovery and geographically separate secondary-site deployments.

WADC01 is powered using 100% renewable energy and uses energy-efficient eco cooling to reduce power consumption while maintaining a stable environment for customer equipment. Resilient power is supported by a 120kVA UPS system, with monitored power distribution and remote reboot ports provided as standard.

Physical security includes controlled access, biometric entry and monitored CCTV. Customers can arrange access to their equipment when required, while our engineers are available around the clock for remote hands and intelligent hands support.

Connectivity is delivered through high-capacity fibre infrastructure, with 10Gb links available directly to customer racks and servers. Carrier-neutral connectivity options are available alongside Sequential Networks’ own IP transit, Layer 2 and Layer 3 services, MPLS, data centre interconnect, managed networking and private cloud solutions.

Our 24/7 support services include equipment installation, cabling, troubleshooting, rack migrations, network configuration, planned maintenance and emergency assistance. Because we own and operate the facility ourselves, we can respond quickly and offer a more flexible and personal service than many larger data centre operators.

The site also offers free onsite parking, secure delivery and storage areas, and dedicated space for building, staging and diagnosing equipment. Its location close to the M62 provides convenient access from Warrington, Manchester, Liverpool, Cheshire and the wider North West.
