West London Technology Park - Building 2

West London Technology Park is a cloud data center campus developed by Greystoke in Buckinghamshire, strategically positioned along the M25 and directly south of the Iver substation. It sits on repurposed degraded land between the West London Industrial Estate and one of the UK’s busiest transport corridors. This location offers optimal connectivity with diverse power and fiber routes, benefiting from its proximity to both the Slough and Hayes availability zones—making it ideal for hyperscale and enterprise deployments.

The project comprises two state-of-the-art data center buildings totaling 775,000 square feet of gross external area (GEA), supported by a new substation and an integrated district heating network. Planning approval was granted in July 2025, and the campus is backed by over £1 billion in inward investment. It is expected to create around 230 operational roles with competitive average salaries.

Designed with environmental sensitivity in mind, the majority of the site will be covered by green spaces, and the facility will be discreetly screened by trees and landscaping features. This blend of infrastructure scale and ecological restoration reflects Greystoke’s broader commitment to sustainable development in digital infrastructure.
