CyrusOne is developing LON6, a 90MW data center campus in Iver Heath, Buckinghamshire, strategically positioned near the Iver Grid Supply Point to serve West London Availability Zones. The facility will span 30,000 sqm and feature ten 9MW data halls, designed to integrate seamlessly into the landscape with green roofs and planted walls.
The campus will prioritize sustainability, delivering a 71% Biodiversity Net Gain through the restoration of Colne Valley Regional Park and the creation of new habitats. It will also incorporate on-site photovoltaic panels, covering 64% of office energy demand, and utilize certified renewable electricity from SSEN.
Construction is set to begin in Q3 2026, with initial power arriving by mid-2027 and the first capacity expected in early 2028. The project will also include a Training Centre, expanding CyrusOne’s partnership with UTC Heathrow to enhance economic and educational opportunities for the local community.
