Colt London Hayes (LON6)

Colt London 6 is a component of Colt Technology Services' significant expansion at its London Hayes Campus. This development includes three new data centers: London 6, London 7, and London 8, which will bring the total number of facilities on the site to five.

Construction is slated to commence in 2026, with the initial phase of delivery expected in 2028. The project aims to add 98MW of IT power, increasing the campus's total capacity to 160MW. London 6 will feature 9 x 1,000m² data halls and 27MW of IT power. London 7 is planned with 15 x 1,000m² data halls and up to 48MW of IT power. London 8 will comprise 4 x 1,000m² halls and 4 x 680m² halls, providing up to 23MW of IT Power. The average power density can be designed between 3-4.5 KW/sqm, with an annualized design PUE of 1.35.
