Union Park is Ark Data Centres’ high-performance, AI-optimized campus located in Hayes, London. Spanning 56,000 m² within the Bulls Bridge Industrial Estate, the site features four modular data centers delivering 99 MW of compute capacity. It’s set to go live in 2024 and is powered entirely by renewable energy, including onsite solar systems and grid-supplied green power.

The campus integrates advanced air and liquid cooling systems with living roofs, rainwater harvesting, and HVO backup generators—reducing emissions by up to 90%. Its modular steel construction ensures rapid deployment and minimal environmental impact, making Union Park a leading example of sustainable digital infrastructure.

Connectivity and scalability are core to its design, offering hybrid colocation, secure cloud access via direct cross-connects, and high-bandwidth links through fiber partners.
