DataVita DV3 - Chapelhall

DataVita DV3 is a proposed data center development by DataVita Ltd, situated on a 1.8-hectare brownfield site in Chapelhall, North Lanarkshire, United Kingdom. This new facility will be located adjacent to DataVita's existing Fortis data center campus (DV1) and is expected to comprise a three-story building. The DV3 expansion is part of DataVita's broader strategy to significantly increase its data center capacity in Scotland. DataVita's existing Fortis facility (DV1) is a Tier-III certified data center offering 24MW across 8,000 sqm and is expandable to 40MW. The company also operates DV2, located in Glasgow. DataVita is part of HFD Group and has announced plans to double its footprint to 40MW with future aspirations for up to 500MW. The company is also partnering with AI cloud firm CoreWeave for GPU infrastructure deployment.
