Cato Data Centre Campus DC4

Cato Data Centre Campus DC1, located in Auchtertool, Fife, United Kingdom, is a proposed 600MW hyperscale data center development by ILI Group. This project is the flagship initiative within ILI Group's planned network of data centers across Scotland, known as the Stoics. The 25-hectare development is projected to attract approximately £5 billion ($6.71bn) in investment and will be constructed in phases over several years, with site plans indicating up to seven buildings and an on-site substation. ILI Group, a Scottish clean energy and infrastructure developer, aims to establish the region as a key location for future digital infrastructure, creating substantial investment and high-quality jobs. The proposed site is situated next to the Mossmorran industrial complex.
