Equinix AM10

Equinix AM10 is a data center facility situated in Amsterdam, The Netherlands, at Luttenbergweg 1. It is part of Equinix's expansion in the Zuidoost area, specifically within the Amstel III redevelopment zone. The development of AM10, alongside AM9, is being undertaken in phases due to existing grid congestion. The initial construction phase is limited to approximately 25 percent of the total permitted development, focusing on the first tower. Electricity consumption for the campus is intended to be sourced at 80MW, with consumption capped at the initial build-out level until 2036. This facility contributes to Equinix's significant presence in the Amsterdam market, which includes other data centers across various locations.
