Keppel Taiwan DC Campus – Building 1

Keppel Taiwan DC Campus – Building 1 is an 80MW Tier III-equivalent greenfield data center located in Taoyuan, Taiwan. This facility is a joint venture between Keppel Data Centre Fund II (KDCF II) and Digital Decarbonization Solutions Platform (DDSP), representing Keppel's inaugural data center project in Taiwan. Strategically positioned to cater to the burgeoning AI and semiconductor industries, the campus is slated for development in two phases, with the first building anticipated to be operational by 2026. This initial phase has already secured a long-term agreement with a prominent global cloud service provider. The campus is engineered to address the increasing demand for digital infrastructure while prioritizing sustainability and decarbonization initiatives. Keppel's expansion into Taiwan highlights its dedication to growing its portfolio of AI-ready hyperscale data center assets throughout Asia, utilizing its extensive capabilities in site acquisition, leasing, development, and operation of essential data center infrastructure.
