The TPKC Cloud Computing Center, operated by Far EasTone Telecommunications (FET), is a high-performance data center designed for power-intensive applications. It features a cooling fan wall design that optimizes airflow and a hot aisle compartment closure to enhance energy efficiency. Each rack supports 6kVA to 12kVA, ensuring high-density computing capabilities for enterprise workloads.
The facility is built with reliable mechanical and electrical infrastructure, including dual-fed electricity from Taiwan Power Company, a 2N UPS system, and 15-minute battery backup. It also has N+1 generator sets with 24-hour fuel storage, ensuring continuous operations. The cooling system includes N+1 chillers, an ice water pool for emergency cooling, and a water storage system capable of sustaining operations for seven days.
TPKC has received multiple industry certifications, including Uptime Tier III Certification, TIBA Platinum Award, and Diamond-Grade Green Building certification from Taiwan’s EEWH rating system.
