Ubilink, a joint venture between Ubitus and Foxlink Group, is Taiwan's largest AI supercomputing center, located in New Taipei City. It achieved a peak performance of 45.82 PFLOPS, ranking 31st globally on the November 2024 TOP500 list and 44th on the Green500 list. This facility houses 128 NVIDIA H100 servers with 1,024 GPU cards and is noted as Asia's first green energy supercomputing center. Ubilink offers public cloud services, AI computing power rentals, and subscription-based cloud services, including PaaS and SaaS, specifically for training large language models. Customers have the option to utilize renewable energy sources. The center was constructed in a remarkable three months with technical support from NVIDIA and infrastructure expertise from ASUS, including advanced liquid cooling and automated recovery tools. Ubilink represents a significant advancement in Taiwan's AI capabilities and sustainable computing infrastructure.
