DC Connects Soul01

DC Connects' first data center, Soul01, is under development in Yongin City, South Korea. The facility spans 58,000 square meters and is designed to deliver 56MW of IT capacity across two buildings. Each building will house six data halls and two meet-me rooms, supporting high-density workloads with air and liquid cooling systems capable of handling up to 200kW per rack.

The project is backed by Warburg Pincus and Wide Creek AMC, targeting completion by 2027. Strategically located in the Greater Seoul area, Soul01 is positioned to meet rising demand from AI, cloud, and enterprise clients. It will be the only hyperscale facility expected to go live in southern Seoul within the next three years, offering rapid deployment and robust infrastructure.
