IXcellerate Moscow Three (MOS3)

IXcellerate Moscow Three (MOS3) is a cutting-edge greenfield data center located within the IXcellerate Moscow North campus. This facility boasts a total power capacity of 30 MW and offers 7,426 square meters of useful space. It is designed to accommodate high-density power requirements, with power density up to 15 kW per rack.

MOS3 ensures high reliability with a power availability SLA of 99.982% and a design PUE of less than 1.3. The facility features high-efficiency, customizable cooling systems with N+1 redundancy and supports both cold and hot aisle containment.

Security is a top priority at MOS3, with up to six levels of physical security, including 24/7 dedicated onsite security, non-contact biometric access systems, CCTV with motion detectors, airlocks, speed stiles, and mantraps. The facility also has an ultra-early smoke detection system and integrated fire safety measures.

Connectivity is robust, with access to over 50 telecom operators, multiple independent fiber Points of Entry, and inter- and intra-campus connections. MOS3 also provides access to multiple IX platforms, including Eurasia Peering and MSK-IX.

MOS3 is PCI DSS and ISO certified, ensuring compliance with industry standards. The data center operates 24/7/365 with technical support available in both English and Russian.
