The site is located within the Reșița industrial zone in Banat Montan, directly adjacent to the Transelectrica 400/220/110 kV substation (650 MVA installed capacity, upgraded 2024–2025 by Siemens Energy). The substation carries 4 EU PCI designations under ENTSO-E TYNDP Project 144. Industrial zoning confirmed — no rezoning required. Industrial electricity price approximately €0.14/kWh.
