Reșița Data Center (RES1) is a pre-development data center site in western Romania, operated by Reșița Data Infrastructure SRL. Located in the Valle Terovei Industrial Zone, Reșița (Banat Montan region), directly adjacent to the Transelectrica 400/220/110 kV substation — 650 MVA installed capacity, upgraded 2024–2025 by Siemens Energy. The substation holds 4 EU PCI designations under ENTSO-E TYNDP Project 144. Connectable load: 50–200 MW (subject to ATR study). Industrial zoning confirmed — no rezoning required.
