Digital Ursus Data Centre

The Digital Ursus Data Center in Warsaw, Poland, is set to become a major digital infrastructure hub, redeveloped from a former logistics site. Spearheaded by Greykite in collaboration with White Star Real Estate, this transformation will upgrade the facility’s power capacity from 18MW to 65MW, supporting high-performance computing and cloud services.

Originally developed between 2013 and 2019, the Ursus site is undergoing a rapid transition from a logistics facility into a high-capacity digital infrastructure hub. The success of this project underscores Warsaw’s strategic importance as a European data center market, benefiting from expanding digital services and connectivity.
