Layer Sistem (Layer Sistem Ticaret Ltd. Şti.), founded in 2014 in Istanbul, operates its own Autonomous System (AS59886) with independent BGP routing, a public looking glass (lg.layersistem.com), and two /22 IPv4 blocks (185.67.204.0/22 and 185.49.44.0/22). We peer at the NetIX internet exchange and run a carrier-grade, fully redundant network from the TI Sparkle Tier III data center in Istanbul, giving end-to-end control from the servers to the internet uplink. Services: enterprise cloud servers and virtual data center (LayerCloud), all-flash storage, Veeam-based cloud backup and disaster recovery as an official Veeam Cloud Service Provider, 5651-compliant log retention (LayerLOG), guest Wi-Fi management (LayerWIFI), and managed networking. All data stays within Turkey, supporting KVKK compliance. No call center or ticket queue: clients speak directly with the engineers who build and operate their systems.
