New Asia Group LLC

Telmen AI Data Center is a planned AI and high-performance computing campus in Telmen soum, Zavkhan Province, western Mongolia, developed by New Asia Group LLC.

The campus is co-located with the licensed 100 MW (2 x 50 MW) Telmen power plant, which holds a valid Power Purchase Agreement with Mongolia's national grid. The site includes 908 ha of land (200 ha for the plant and a 708 ha Industrial & Technology Park), a 110 kV grid connection, permitted water supply of 2,500 m3/day and a 30-year fuel supply contract.

The data centre is planned at 50 MW of IT capacity, built in two 25 MW phases. Phase 2 adds solar, wind and battery storage to supply the second data hall. Mongolia's cold continental climate supports an estimated PUE below 1.2, reducing cooling costs.

We offer a colocation model: tenants bring their own GPUs and servers, and we provide the building, power and cooling. Indicative terms are about US$120 per kW per month, plus power at US$0.07–0.08 per kWh. Delivery of the first 25 MW hall is expected about 2 years after financial close.

We are seeking anchor tenants (AI, cloud and HPC companies), technology partners and investors.
