New Asia Group LLC is a Mongolian energy and digital infrastructure developer based in Ulaanbaatar. We are developing the Telmen project in Zavkhan Province, western Mongolia: a licensed 100 MW power plant with a valid Power Purchase Agreement with the national grid, 908 ha of land including a 708 ha Industrial & Technology Park, a 110 kV grid connection, permitted water supply and a 30-year fuel supply contract.
On the same site we are developing an AI data centre campus with 50 MW of IT capacity, built in two 25 MW phases, with solar, wind and battery storage added in Phase 2. Mongolia's cold continental climate supports an estimated PUE below 1.2. We offer colocation, where tenants bring their own GPUs and servers, and are seeking anchor tenants, technology partners and investors.
