Located in the bustling New York metropolitan area, it is the largest neutral IXP on the Eastern seaboard and operates more access points than any other Internet Exchange in North America. DE-CIX New York is OIX-1 certified and is both carrier and data center-neutral.

By connecting to DE-CIX New York, you gain access to over 100 access points and can peer at additional DE-CIX locations just via an additional VLAN. The IXP is connected to Comcast, the largest Cable TV and ISP in the US, and offers services like GlobePEER, DirectCLOUD, VirtualPNI, and advanced security features like Blackholing.
