The Colleferro AI Data Center, located in Segni, Italy, is an upcoming hyperscale facility developed by Cobra Green Hyperscale. Approved by the municipal council of Colleferro, the project is set to feature 150MW of electrical power allocated by the grid operator Terna. The facility will span 5.7 hectares (14 acres) and is designed by Lombardini 22. It will incorporate solar panels capable of producing 34MW, supplementing its emergency power supply which will be provided by gas-powered generators. Construction is anticipated to commence in 2027, pending final Italian government approval. Cobra Green Hyperscale, owned by Tendercapital, aims to develop this state-of-the-art AI data center, which will employ 220 staff upon completion.
