Travagliato Data Center

The Travagliato Data Center, located in Travagliato, Brescia, Italy, is a large-scale artificial intelligence data center project by The Blossom Avenue Partners. The facility is situated on Via Averolda, near major highways A35 and A4, within a developed industrial zone. The project involves the construction of a two-story data center building, an electrical transformer substation, and accessory buildings, alongside extensive parking facilities. Originally planned for 300 MW, the capacity has been reduced to 120 MW. The development is expected to contribute over 11 million euros to the municipality, covering various charges and fees. Mitigation measures for environmental and acoustic impacts are included, such as buffer zones and an ecological project designed to maintain regional ecological network interactions. The total intervention area spans approximately 130,000 square meters, with the main building occupying 48,000 square meters.
