The Yotta NDC NER, located in Guwahati, India, is a Tier III, IGBC Gold-rated National Data Center commissioned and operated by Yotta Data Services. Inaugurated in February 2026, it is designed to bolster India's digital and AI sovereignty by providing a secure, resilient, and scalable infrastructure for government data and e-governance platforms. The facility spans 4,000 sq. m. and currently supports 2 MW IT load with built-in scalability to 8 MW, making it the largest in the North-East region. Engineered for Seismic Zone V and challenging geotechnical conditions, it features robust structural stability, multi-layered redundancy in power, cooling, and security systems, and incorporates sustainability measures like rooftop solar power. NDC NER is purpose-built to host sensitive government data, citizen-facing digital services, and future AI workloads, ensuring data localization and high operational resilience within India's borders.
