Sify Chennai 02 (Siruseri) DC1 is part of an AI-ready hyperscale data center campus developed by Sify Technologies Ltd. in Siruseri, Chennai, India. Located at H11/A, SIPCOT IT Park, this campus includes three data center towers, with Tower B currently operational. The facility provides 25.92 MW of IT power and is designed for a future capacity exceeding 130 MW, accommodating over 13,000 racks. Key features include an integrated Cable Landing Station for transpacific fiber connectivity, four diverse fiber paths, dual Meet-Me-Rooms, carrier-neutral connectivity, and an on-premises 230 kV GIS substation. The data center is engineered for hyperscale and AI workloads, supporting high-density deployments and liquid-cooled solutions up to 150 kW per rack. The buildings are constructed as G+7 shell-and-core structures with a 6,300 mm floor-to-floor height, 2,100 kg/sq. m structural floor loading, and robust security measures.
