This facility, built in record time, offers a comprehensive AI ecosystem including connectivity, hardware, software, and business applications, developed in partnership with Deutsche Telekom, NVIDIA, SAP, and Siemens.
Leveraging approximately 10,000 NVIDIA GPUs, the AI Factory supports large-scale AI model training and operation, including language models with over 700 billion parameters. It provides Infrastructure-as-a-Service, Platform-as-a-Service, and Application-as-a-Service, effectively offering AI-as-a-Service end-to-end. The facility emphasizes sustainability, utilizing water from the Eisbach river for cooling, achieving a PUE of 1.2, and operating on 100% renewable energy. Security is paramount, adhering to Telekom's highest standards. The underground facility spans 10,700 square meters across six floors and is operated by Polarise under a 13-year lease agreement.
