The facility is part of a 40,000 m² campus connected to the European fiber optic network, offering access to over 10 telecommunications providers, internet service providers, and internet exchanges.

The technical infrastructure supports critical workloads with an availability of 99.999%. Power systems include two independent supply feeds with UPS redundancy configurations of N+1 or N+N. Cooling is handled by energy-efficient refrigeration systems utilizing R1234ze refrigerant with N+1 redundancy.

Security includes 24/7 on-site technical staff, CCTV monitoring, and proximity card access. The facility is equipped with a VESDA early smoke detection system and Fogtec high-pressure fogging for fire suppression. Structural features include 3-meter floor-to-ceiling heights and a 1000kg/m² floor load capacity.
